INDY TAEKWONDO ACADEMY CARMEL
Indy Taekwondo Academy (ITA) Carmel offers a premier martial
arts program, located in Carmel, Indiana. ITA has been in business in Carmel, Indiana since 2000. All ITA instructors are Black Belt certified through the World Taekwondo Federation in Korea. ITA
offers a combination of traditional and sport taekwondo. Classes are offered for ages ranging from 5 years old through
seniors. ITA is a proud member of USA Taekwondo, the governing body for the taekwondo United States Olympic
Committee.
All black belts at ITA are Kukkiwon certified through the World Taekwondo Headquarters in Korea. We strive
to maintain the highest level of instruction. Our instructors are continually perfecting technique and learning new material.
At
ITA, we provide an excellent cardiovascular work out as well as developing agility and muscle tone. All aspects of taekwondo
develop self-confidence, improve discipline, teach self defence and enhance cooedination. The core values of Courtesy, Intefrity,
Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit (5 Tenets of Taekwondo) are nutured in each session along with the physical
aspects of proper defensive and offensive techniques. All ITA classes are currently being
taught at the Monon Center located in Carmel, Indiana.
